We currently have multiple openings for Patient Service Associate roles in various departments:
- Patient Service Associate (SOC - Specialist Outpatient Clinics)
- Patient Service Associate (UCC - Urgent Care Centre)
- Patient Service Associate (DI - Diagnostic Imaging)
- Patient Service Associate (Inpatient Wards)
- Patient Service Associate (AASC - Admissions and Service Centre)
- Patient Service Associate (ASW - Ambulatory Surgery Ward)
Working schedule: 5 days' work week (Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, 8.30am to 6pm)
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking dedicated Patient Service Associates to join our healthcare team across various departments including Diagnostic Imaging, Inpatient Wards, Specialist Outpatient Clinics, Urgent Care Centre, Admission & Service Centre and Ambulatory Surgery Ward.You will deliver exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing positive patient experiences throughout their healthcare journey.
