- Salary: Basic $2,500 - $3,300 (Based On Experience)
- Working Hours:
- 30am – 5.30pm
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and requests via phone, email, and walk-in interactions
- Resolve customer feedback and service issues promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate product information, quotations, and delivery updates
- Process and coordinate customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Maintain proper records of customer communications and administrative documents
- Work closely with the Sales team and other departments to support daily operations
- Prior customer service, sales support experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
