Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
Respond promptly to customer inquiries pertaining to orders, delivery, and products via phone, email, or chat
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve any order discrepancies
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally

Requirements:

Min. 2 years of customer service / order fulfilment experience in food service industry
