Main Duties:
- Oversee construction activities and progress.
- Plan, implement and monitor work schedules with the Project Schedule
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the works
- Liaise with QP (Architect) for technical issues
- Liaise with Project Designers on approved designs and meet project deadlines
- Liaise with house owners on the ongoing building stages
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors
- Handling of technical and engineering matters
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical matters on time
- Prepare report and method statement whenever required
- Manage workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely and upkeep site record
- Other duties assigned by Head – Civil Engineer (Projects)
