The QA Site Engineer will act as the bridge between design, development, and on‑site execution—providing hands‑on inspection, documentation, and compliance oversight to guarantee a safe, reliable, and efficient system rollout.
Job Description: QA Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on‑site inspections and quality checks for system installations, integrations, and commissioning activities.
Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection checklists, test reports, and compliance logs.
Monitor adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Perform functional and performance testing of fleet management hardware/software components.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and effectively.
Provide regular progress updates and quality reports to stakeholders.
Support training and handover processes by preparing clear operational and maintenance documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, IT, or related field).
Proven experience in QA/QC or site engineering roles, preferably in fleet management, transportation, or industrial systems.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, inspection techniques, and compliance standards.
Familiarity with fleet management technologies (GPS tracking, telematics, IoT devices) is an advantage.
Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced project environment.
