We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role is suited for a strong closer who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Drive overall outlet sales performance and revenue growth
- Set sales strategies and ensure execution on the ground
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching where needed
- Build strong client relationships and handle key customers
- Work closely with operations and therapists to ensure smooth service delivery
- Basic Salary: $3,000
Performance-Based Earnings:
- $50,000 sales → +$1,000 incentive
- $60,000 sales → +$2,000 incentive
- $70,000 sales → +$3,000 incentive
- $80,000 sales → +$4,000 incentive

Requirements- Proven experience in sales, preferably in beauty or related industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills
