Job Description
Responsibilities- Attend to customers’ travel enquiries and requests through phone calls, emails or walk-in
- Provide information on travel visa application and travel insurance
- Follow up and service customers’ enquiries or bookings, before and after-sales
- Achieve sales target monthly
- Opportunities for travelling overseas for familiarisation trip and tour leading
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on shift, weekends and Public Holidays
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork
- Basic Knowledge and familiar with GDS booking system Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo and OB system will be advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry will have an advantage
- O Level and above
- Able to communicate effectively in English (proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage, as it will assist in communicating with customers who prefer to speak in these languages).
