Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Supply Chain Specialist.

• Manage the ordering process for service parts and accessories, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Oversee supply operations, including:
• Addressing enquiries from distributors.
• Coordinating logistics with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments.
• Managing shipment documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading) for smooth customs clearance.
• Handle warranty claims and report on short mispackings and logistics quality issues.
• Facilitate payment processing for supplier and buyer invoices using SAP.
• Generate monthly reports detailing KPI results.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and possesses a flair for numbers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
