Operations Assistant - Yishun - ref. i9570123

An exceptionally organized and driven individual needed to oversee operational activities, handle daily tasks, and address issues to ensure seamless operations. The operation assistant will collaborate closely with the operations team, including the production and facility departments, ensuring the company meets its goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Working with team leaders, supervisors, managers and department heads to align departmental needs and goals
• Coordinate with team members that all operations & projects activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
• Establish and manage records for all operational activities, ensuring that all documents are correctly filed and readily available for auditing.
• Providing reports to the Division Head and HOD to offer insight into the department's overall efficiency
• Ensuring that all activities conform to local and company standardss

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an operation assistant, or in a similar role
• At least a O-Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work independently while also being part of a team
• Bilingual and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with business software applications such as Microsoft Office
