Responsibilities:
- Work closely with China-based suppliers and factories to ensure product quality, compliance, and timely delivery
- Lead quality investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, QC, Customer Service, Design) to resolve product-related issues and improve performance
- Conduct supplier audits and strengthen supplier quality assurance processes
- Support new OEM product development, including feasibility assessment, cost analysis, and material selection
- Work with suppliers to co-develop cost-effective, market-ready retail products
- Standardize components across product lines to improve cost efficiency and consistency
- Monitor production batches and proactively manage supply chain risks
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to improve reliability, responsiveness, and long-term collaboration
- Support sustainability initiatives in sourcing, packaging, and material selection
Requirements:
- Proficient in negotiating price, sourcing, supplier coordination, and procurement documentation
- Preferable with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or OEM product development
- Experience working with China suppliers and factories is preferred
- Background in sanitary ware, building materials, home & living products, or related industries preferred
- Experience in OEM product sourcing and supplier management
