Job Description
This incumbent will report to the Head of Security Education, Awareness and Communications to deliver impactful content and initiatives to reduce susceptibility to cyber threats while enhancing positive security culture among Bank employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update educational materials regarding UOB's IT security policies, regulations and guidelines as well the individual's responsibility to safeguard information assets.
- Ensure alignment with organisational goals and compliance with information security standards and regulations.
- Design and deliver training modules and simulations to convey practical cybersecurity experience and responsibility to information security.
- Plan and execute targeted training methods and content to high-risk businesses and/or roles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to develop content that is relevant, current and engaging.
- Maintain documentation, processes, procedures and metrics to demonstrate effective and efficient management of services and capabilities.
- Provide support for Audit and Regulatory requests
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Mass Communications/Business from a recognised education institution.
- Related professional qualification in Cybersecurity will be advantageous although not mandatory.
- Experience in creating and delivering Education and Awareness programmes.
- Effective understanding human behaviours and susceptibility to social engineering techniques.
- Good knowledge and understanding of business and security requirements and needs, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain a high level of stakeholder trust and confidence.
- Process- and stakeholder-oriented with understanding of basic security concepts and technologies.
- Self-starter who is resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cheerful personality and enjoys working with people
