Regional Information Security Specialist - Investment Bank - J12711 - Pinpoint Asia

We’re partnering with a leading Investment Bank to hire a Regional Information Security Specialist to join a high-impact security team covering multiple markets across Asia.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll sit at the intersection of security architecture, cloud, IAM, and data protection, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and strengthen the firm’s regional security posture.

1. Own and drive IAM strategy across the region (access governance, controls, reviews)
2. Design and roll out data classification & DLP frameworks to protect sensitive data at scale
3. Lead security architecture reviews across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
4. Partner with engineering and business teams to embed security into delivery (not slow it down)
5. Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps — and actually fix them
6. Oversee external security assessments (pentest, vuln scans, architecture reviews )
7. Influence regional security standards while aligning with global frameworks
8. Act as a trusted security advisor to stakeholders across tech and business

1. 7+ years inInformation Security / Security Architecture
2. Strong exposure to IAM + DLP + Cloud Security
3. Familiar with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, CIS
4. Hands-on with tools such as SIEM, EDR, etc.
5. Experience infinancial services / regulated environments is a strong plus
6. Someone who cancommunicate, influence, and challenge stakeholders (not just execute)
