Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Support internship hiring initiatives and provide guidance and direction to HR interns to ensure timely and quality completion of recruitment tasks.
- Track, analyze, and continuously improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment activities, including job fairs, campus hiring events, and other employer branding initiatives.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for job portal management, ensuring optimal usage and performance.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates and insights to management on hiring progress and trends.
- Undertake additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Min3 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition; experience in pharmaceutical / biotech industry will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in business English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
