• Manage assigned customer accounts, supporting the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships and meeting service demands.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, requirements, feedback, and complaints to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to handle claims, follow up on issues, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve customer and carrier issues professionally, and escalate complex matters to appropriate stakeholders when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular performance reports and data summaries.
• Collaborate closely with carriers and internal teams to monitor daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and achievement of KPIs.

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline – Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up effectively on service matters.
