Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand and Business Development
Strategy Development: Create and execute annual brand strategies focused on distribution, visibility, and sales growth in Singapore.
Key Account & Retail Management
Account Support: Manage key retailer accounts daily, covering new product launches, promotions, and retail execution.Retail Liaison: Build strong relationships with key retail contacts for smooth operational support.
Negotiation: Negotiate product listings, trade terms, and promotional space with retailers to secure the best market presence.
Campaign Execution: Work with internal and external teams to ensure flawless in-store and campaign execution.
Performance Analysis: Track sales, analyse results, and support business planning to identify growth opportunities.
Inventory & Demand: Help with demand planning, stock management, and tracking promotions to maintain optimal inventory.
Marketing and Promotional Planning
Annual Planning: Design and manage the annual marketing and promotions calendar, including seasonal campaigns.Budget Oversight: Efficiently manage marketing and promotion budgets to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Who We're Looking For
Experience: 3-5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing (Personal Care/Skin Care experience preferred).Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Com, or a related field.
Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented with an entrepreneurial drive.
Skills:
Strong communication and influencing skills (with Retailers).
Analytical, comfortable working with numbers and translating data into business strategy.
Highly motivated, agile, and eager to learn and grow.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Singapore retail landscape, including key players and consumer behaviour in the Personal Care/Skin Care category.
