Our client, a listed company specializing in electronic components, is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Officer (3-month contract, convertible) to support their backend operations.

【 Responsibilities 】

Process Sales Orders in SAP.
Enter Purchase Orders (POs) into SAP.
Input Goods Receipt into SAP.
Coordinate with the factory on the status of goods and shipments.
Liaise with customers and arrange shipments accordingly.
Input data for cargo insurance and other necessary documentation.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

【 What You Will Receive 】

Transportation Allowance: $85
Annual Leave: Prorated based on contract duration
Medical Leave: Prorated based on contract duration

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)

GCE 'O'/'N' Level qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with counterparts from China and Hong Kong factories.
Experience with SAP.
Able to start immediately or on short notice!
