We are looking for an experienced project manager who has been involved in managing ERP and CRM migration(s) with suppliers, address the need to migrate the systems for the company, implementing enhancements and support for different areas of the system.

The Project Manager role shall lead the project and project team with smooth system migration. This role will work closely with the Business Process owners from the Finance team, Operations, Sales, IT teams, and the Supplier. The successful individual shall include every aspect of managing the selected supplier for the project covering planning, budget monitoring, scope.

Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact with ERP vendor, supporting the overall Business Project Manager
• Collaborate with ERP vendor and internal project team members to develop and execute comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies and plans.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and project status updates.
• Establish SLAs and track vendor deliverables throughout project cycles, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Evaluate and select external consultants or vendors as needed.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and monitor vendor performance.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of a high-quality ERP & CRM solution.
• Support technical validation tasks by ensuring critical system integrations with the broader ecosystem like WMS and CRM are adequately tested.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address issues promptly.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption of the ERP & CRM system.
• Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and address issues and risks.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in technical project management and ERP/CRM implementation, including systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SAP B1.
• Proven track record in delivering ERP implementations across multiple organizations.
• Strong communicator: Able to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills, including time management and maintenance of project documentation and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet objectives with precision.
• Strategic mindset and business acumen, with a problem-solving orientation aligned to project and organizational goals.
• PMP certification is a plus; experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
