Join the dynamic team at NovaFlux Media as a Media Marketing professional. In this full-time role based in the West Region, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's brand and marketing strategies. As a key member of the Brand Management team, you will be responsible for driving impactful media campaigns that enhance the visibility and reputation of Company.

1. Develop and execute innovative media marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional platforms
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and cohesive brand messaging that resonates with target audiences
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure NovaFlux Media maintains a competitive edge
5. Contribute to the overall brand strategy and positioning, helping to enhance the company's image and reputation
6. Foster strong relationships with media partners and vendors to secure favorable terms and placements

1. Proven track record of successful media marketing campaigns in a brand management or marketing role
2. Excellent understanding of various media channels and their effective utilization
3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance
4. Creative flair and the ability to develop engaging and impactful brand content
5. Excellent communication
6. Knowledge of SEO & SEM is a MUST
7. Knowledge of Adobe creative suit
8. Knowledge of GEO is a plus
