Business Development Executive (Flooring Industry)
Location: AljuniedSalary Range: $3,000 – $5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in the flooring industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the flooring and construction sectors.
- Generate leads through targeted research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met with high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is required.
- 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Experience in the flooring, interior design, construction, or related industries is preferred.
