Operations Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Assistant to help ensure smooth daily operations across deliveries, inventory management, packing, and item inspection. This role supports both our outlets and back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Drive company vehicles for deliveries.
• Pack items securely and accurately for delivery or storage.
• Maintain, update, and monitor inventory records.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before delivery or storage.
• Assist in stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, coordinating with relevant teams and customers.
• Provide general operational support as needed.

Requirements:

• Some experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
