Operations Executive (Up to $3700 / Warehouse and Food Logistics operations)

1. Location: Bedok - Easily accessible via bus services 18 and 19
2. Salary: SGD 3,200 – 3,700, depending on relevant experience
3. Headcount: Newly created role as part of company expansion (Team of 10+, this role reports to team lead)
4. Role Scope: This position sits within the Office Operations team but requires regular movement between the office, warehouse, and production floor, all located within the same building.
5. Experience Background: Candidates do not need prior food industry experience. However, hands-on operations exposure within warehouse, logistics, or production environments is essential.
6. Company Industry: Food manufacturing company specialising in seasoning pastes and sauces

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient production and warehouse activities
• Support warehouse operations including inventory control, stock counts, and discrepancy management
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards
• Coordinate machinery maintenance, contractors, and facility-related matters
• Work closely with internal teams to manage import/export planning and stock movements
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP / WMS systems
• Conduct regular site walks with QA/QC to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
• Assist operationally during manpower shortages when required (hands-on support, not primary focus)
• Handle general operational and administrative matters related to facilities and workforce accommodation
• Perform ad-hoc and cross-functional duties as assigned

• At least 2 years of relevant operations experience, preferably with warehouse exposure
• Experience in food manufacturing or food processing is an advantage
• Familiar with ERP and WMS systems
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on mindset

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
