EV Business Operations Executive

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of EV systems, and a passion for sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role reports to the Business Development GM.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret EV Charging performance and usage data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Prepare data reports and presentations for management review, highlighting cost and usage trends.
• Monitor EV Charging system performance, maintenance schedules in collaboration with technical and field teams.
• Compile customer feedback to hardware and applications.
• Support day-to-day activities with the EV Operations team to ensure smooth running of EV Charging and deployment operations and vendor coordination.
• Review contracts, service agreements, and operational reports related to EV Charging operations and service providers.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Keep up-to-date with EV industry trends, technology updates, and government initiatives related to electrification.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year Experience in EV industry, operations, fleet management, or sustainability projects.
• Good understanding of EV Charging infrastructure, charging systems, and implementation processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
