Production Technician (1st Shift)
Job Summary:
- Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM’s.
- Perform Job Change as and when required
- To follow instructions; document and report hardware issue.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding Operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM’s
- Perform inspection as per requirement stated in PQC form
- Perform 2 hourly check on product for visual defect
- Perform 2 hourly check weight of water, pack & carton
- Perform area cleaning as required
- Follow all safety rules
- Inform Technician or Supervisor of problems
- Learn to troubleshoot customized Automated Machinery
- Other duties assigned as & when required.
