About the Role

We are a local engineering company in Singapore looking for hands‑on Production Technicians to join our production team. The role involves assembling communication panels in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble communication and electrical panels according to drawings and wiring diagrams
Perform routing, dressing, labeling, and termination of communication and power cables
Follow IPCA / structured cabling standards and internal workmanship guidelines
Carry out basic testing, visual inspection, and rectification when required
Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with safety procedures
Complete work efficiently and meet production schedules

Requirements

Experience in panel assembly, cable wiring, or electrical production work
Ability to read and understand technical drawings or schematics
Familiar with cable management, termination, and basic electrical tools
Willing to learn and follow IPCA or equivalent cabling standards
Able to work independently or as part of a team
ITE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline is an advantage
Foreign candidates welcome (Malaysia and others) – work pass support available
