About the Role
As a Media Sales Executive at 24 Owls Group, you will drive revenue by selling our digital marketing, branding, and lead generation services via Renodots.com and other platforms we manage. This includes social media marketing, content placements, SEO campaigns, advertorials, and more.
You’ll be expected to hunt for new business, confidently pitch solutions, and convert leads into paying clients — especially in the interior design, renovation, and F&B industries.
✅ What You’ll Do- Identify and contact potential business clients (B2B) through cold calls, emails, and networking
- Pitch marketing packages and lead generation services tailored to their industry
- Follow up actively to close deals and hit monthly sales targets
- Build and manage client relationships for repeat sales
- Track all activities in CRM and report results weekly
- Work closely with marketing and production to deliver on client campaigns
- Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience (digital/agency/media preferred)
- Hunter mindset: not afraid of cold outreach and handling rejections
- Excellent verbal/written communication and confident in client meetings
- Strong persuasion, closing, and objection-handling skills
- Proactive, accountable, and hungry to earn through commissions
- Able to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
