HR Executive
- Location: Tai Seng (2 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing including verifying attendance, overtime payment and resignation
- Upkeep and maintain HR database, employee records and prepare all HR letters
- Assist in handling employee relation matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances
- Ensure timely application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Draft disciplinary letters, memos and any other write-ups
- Outlet visitation on staff well-being and conducting exit interview
- Coordinate performance appraisal exercise, consolidate appraisal results, promotions and salary reviews
- In charge of medical reimbursement and WICA reporting
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office (especially Excel)
