Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple strategic IT programs to deliver high-impact digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals, focusing on CRM, CMS, and MarTech platforms for government and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and KPIs to measure success and impact
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of CRM, CMS, and MarTech initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies to optimize program outcomes
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and performance tracking to maintain program transparency and control
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including enterprise and government clients, to align program goals and secure support
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leading system integration and automation efforts
- Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful program delivery
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements throughout program lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 9–14 years of relevant experience in IT project and program management
- Proven track record managing large-scale IT programs across multiple workstreams
- Strong experience with CRM, CMS, or MarTech platforms and ecosystems
- Prior experience delivering solutions for government and enterprise clients in CRM, CMS, or MarTech domains
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in digital transformation, system integration, and enterprise architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with C-level executives
- Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional and distributed teams
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor performance
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CITPM (Certified IT Project Manager) – Singapore-recognised certification
