Sales Program Manager (2-Year Contract)

Location: Depot Road, Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Program Manager to drive and execute end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs across a range of products, services, and solutions. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, leveraging data insights, and delivering impactful programs that support revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated GTM programs for products, services, and solutions
  • Analyze business data and customer/channel segmentation (RAD) to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive program initiatives to improve overall portfolio performance and business focus
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular reporting with actionable recommendations
  • Define program structures and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., categories, bid desk, operations)
  • Manage GTM program budgets and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop and deliver value propositions and messaging for assigned offerings
  • Execute demand generation campaigns across awareness, consideration, and preference (ACP) stages
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and attach strategies
  • Support product lifecycle initiatives including launches, refreshes, and end-of-life (EOL) programs
  • Build and manage relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Track and analyze program performance using data-driven, closed-loop analysis
  • Continuously improve GTM efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in GTM or program management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in sales or channel environments is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with moderate complexity
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to work independently while adhering to established processes and guidelines
