Warehouse Assistant

• Location: Changi Airport
• Working Hours: 8.30 AM - 8.30 PM and 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM (6 days' work week)
• Off Days: 1 days off per week
• Work Environment: Warehouse / Operations Site

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Duties:

• Check delivery documents such as Delivery Order (DO), Invoice, and Packing List for accuracy.
• Record all incoming goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Label and barcode materials according to established warehouse procedures.
• Store materials in the correct rack location or designated bin.
• Ensure all items are properly scanned and verify quantities against system records.

Outbound Duties:

• Pick semiconductor materials based on picking list or order requests.
• Verify part number, quantity, and batch number prior to packing.
• Prepare shipping documents including Delivery Order and Packing List.
• Ensure correct labelling and complete documentation before dispatch.
• Pack materials securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations or semiconductor industry preferred.
• Ability to use Warehouse Management System (WMS) and barcode scanner.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
