E-Commerce/Warehouse Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking an E-Commerce/Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team in the Singapore. As an E-Commerce/Warehouse Assistant, you will be supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, scanning, and labelling.
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Use pick sheets to retrieve items ans scanned out from inventory.Quality Control: Visually inspect items for damage, defects, or missing parts before packing.
Packaging: Select appropriate materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap, padding) to protect goods.
Labelling & Documentation: Apply accurate shipping labels, and tracking information to packages to prevent shipping errors
Inventory Management: Update inventory systems to record packed items and report low stock levels. Accurately pick items based on e-commerce customer orders.
Pack orders securely and ensure they are ready for timely dispatch
Staging & Loading: Move completed orders to staging areas or load them onto delivery trucks using pallet jacks or trolleys.Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency
Assist in monthly and annual stock-taking activities.
Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an E-Commerce/Warehouse Assistant or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to lift heavy objects and able to handle warehouse duties.
Adhering to safety guidelines and operating equipment such as pallet jacks.
Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
