About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users and play a key role in ensuring smooth platform operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to platform users, assisting with navigation, functionality, and issue resolution
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams where necessary
  • Review and verify user-submitted documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with platform and legal requirements
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the support system
  • Follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay updated on platform features, updates, and customer support best practices
Requirements
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand Australian English, including spelling and cultural nuances
  • Prior experience supporting US or Australian clients will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and CRM tools
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in SaaS or digital platform environments is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Australian healthcare, aged care, or NDIS standards is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
Working Hours
  • Full-time position aligned with Australian time zones
  • Flexibility to support extended hours or weekend shifts when required
