HR Intern (Maritime Industry)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in managing key HR functions related to onshore roles. This internship offers exposure to HR operations within a global maritime shipping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new onshore staff.
• Maintain and update HR records in compliance with local labour laws.
• Coordinate employee training and track completion.
• Assist with HR documentation, engagement activities, and administrative tasks.
• Stay informed on HR best practices and employment guidelines.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in the maritime/shipping industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
