Talent Acquisition Intern

Reporting To: Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
• Assist in candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Internship Allowance: S$800 -S$1,000
