Assistant Accounting & Finance Manager - Toa Payoh

• Basic Salary + AWS + VB

Job Description:

• Manage and lead finance staffs in daily operations
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts
• Prepare audit and statutory financial statement and management reports
• Ensure compliance with FRS, GST, Corporate Tax and all the statutory requirements
• Report to Japan HQ based on Japan SOX Requirements
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis of data for business purposes
• Ensure the financial system comply with the corporate governance, internal controls, cash flow management, forex management and risk management
• Handle all the Corporate Secretarial, personnel and administrative matters of the Company
• Oversea and guide the finance team
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Senior finance professional with 3-5 years relevant experience
• Strong leadership both as a team leader and team player
• Excellent communication and professional skill
• Knowledge in SUN Accounting System preferred
• Communicative, flexible, independent
• Experience of managing team is required(3-5 years)
