Responsibilities:
- To translate customer requirements and business objectives into functional and technical specifications
- Implementation of ECM solutions
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
- Training users in new and existing system
- Provide support on technical issues and consolidation of reports
Prerequisites:
- Candidates with Diploma in IT, Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent
- Knowledge in scripting, Java, JavaScript or .NET
- Grit in solving problems and service oriented
- Team player
