We are hiring a Techno-Functional Systems Analyst to support Compliance Tech: Anti-Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring systems implementation projects for our banking client client in Singapore. The role focuses primarily on functional analysis and compliance understanding, but also requires hands-on involvement in batch job operations (e.g. Control-M) and testing support (SIT/UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements for AML Transaction Monitoring (e.g. Actimize, NetReveal, Tookitaki)
• Conduct impact assessments for system changes, especially from upstream data sources
• Perform SQL/PL-SQL data investigations (MS SQL Server / Oracle) to support issue diagnosis and compliance analysis
• Execute and monitor batch jobs using tools such as Control-M
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
• Support SIT/UAT testing, including test case review, defect triage, and resolution classification
• Prepare and maintain functional design and change impact documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Work within DevOps delivery pipelines and deployment coordination activities

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge in AML Transaction Monitoring systems (e.g. Actimize, NetReveal, Tookitaki)
• Experience with batch job scheduling and execution (Control-M or equivalent)
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for data extraction and root cause analysis
• Experience with with UAT/SIT support and testing lifecycle & Deployment
• Familiarity working with DevOps environments and change management processes
