Transport Officer / Fleet Management Officer (Compliance) - Toa Payoh

We are hiring for our client in the Government industry, who is looking for a passionate Transport Officer / Fleet Management Officer (Compliance) to join their growing team.

Contract Period: 11 Months

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify vehicle servicing documentation, ensuring alignment between job sheets and actual work performed.
• Collaborate with contractors to address discrepancies and maintain compliance with established maintenance standards.
• Process and submit documentation to relevant authorities for necessary approvals.
• Oversee maintenance budget allocation and utilisation.
• Develop and distribute monthly servicing schedules to contractors and agency's units.
• Coordinate supplementary services including engine overhaul, tow truck/crane standby operations, and vehicle logistics.
• Check and review monthly contractual maintenance report and documentation to facilitate on time payment; explore digitalisation/ automation of process.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of procurement processes and budget management principles.
• Meticulous and comfortable with numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and billing processes is advantageous.
