As Centre Director, you take full responsibility for your centre and run it as your own growing business — leading the team to strong revenue growth, full enrolments, and an outstanding experience for every family. This is a sales-driven leadership role: you turn enquiries into enrolments, build a steady local pipeline of trials, champion the Aureus programme, and develop a high-performing team, all in line with Aureus's standards and long-term vision.

• Own the centre's results — full accountability for hitting revenue, enrolment and retention targets.
• Drive revenue & sales — convert leads and enquiries into enrolments, plus upgrades, certifications and camps.
• Generate leads & trials — build the pipeline through local marketing, social media, events and roadshows.
• Deliver an outstanding family experience — strong parent communication, reviews, student milestones and retention.
• Run the centre & lead the team — oversee operations, staffing and finances, and build a positive team culture.

• A strong sales track record — you love converting leads, hitting targets, and closing enrolments.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and enrolment growth, with sharp lead follow-up.
• Experience leading and motivating a team to high performance.
• Excellent parent/customer communication and a strong service mindset.
• Genuine passion for helping parents and children succeed.
• Minimum a degree holder.
