Investment Operations Admin - Bank (12 Months)

Job Description:

• Perform general administrative and operational support duties for the Retail Investment Operations team
• Update and maintain accurate customer and account records in internal systems
• Verify and reconcile investment-related account information with speed and accuracy
• Retrieve, file, and organize physical and digital documents in accordance with compliance standards
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and internal memos
• Provide ad-hoc operational support as required to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery

Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team
• Fast learner with good multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders
