Responsibilities:

Present specialised automotive and marine engine spare parts persuasively to clients, addressing objections and negotiating contract terms to close sales effectively
Utilise digital and AI software and advanced Microsoft Excel tools (Power Query, Power Pivot) to analyse sales data and enhance customer engagement
Prepare accurate sales quotes and calculate discounts promptly to support client decision-making and improve sales conversion rates
Demonstrate empathy to build genuine rapport and trust with customers, fostering long-term loyalty
Travel domestically and internationally as required to support overseas business development and client engagement
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in sales, account management, or customer service within automotive, wholesale, or engineering industries
Communication & Negotiation: The ability to persuasively present products, handle objections, and negotiate contract terms is essential.
Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Modern Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and PowerPoint.
