What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain Flowable-based workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Develop and configure Flowable workflows, forms, and decision rules to meet the specific needs of our clients
Integrate Flowable with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and document management platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flowable deployments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Participate in agile software development practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Flowable Developer or similar workflow automation role
Proficient in Flowable development, including workflow design, form development, and integration with external systems
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Familiarity with relevant programming languages (Java, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks
Experience in agile software development methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
