About the role
Join our dynamic client team as a FileNet Developer. In this long term role based in Singapore , you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining our enterprise content management system, utilising your expertise in the FileNet platform.With your passion for technology and problem-solving, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our information management processes.
What you'll be doing- Design, develop and implement FileNet-based solutions to meet the organisation's content management needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the FileNet environment, ensuring the platform's stability and performance
- Develop custom workflows, rules, and integrations to enhance the functionality of the FileNet system
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively leverage the FileNet platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest FileNet technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to the system
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a FileNet Developer or in a similar role
- Proficient in FileNet platform development, including experience with CMIS, Java, and web services
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address technical issues
- Experience in project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
