Senior Compliance and Risk Management Manager - Bukit Merah

• Develop, implement, and oversee the firm’s compliance and risk management framework in alignment with MAS regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal audits to ensure adherence to Securities and Futures Act (SFA), AML/CFT regulations, and other relevant frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic guidance to senior management on compliance and risk-related matters.
• Lead regulatory filings, licensing applications, and liaison with MAS and other relevant authorities.
• Design and conduct internal compliance training programs to ensure company-wide adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to proactively manage regulatory risks and maintain operational integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services industry.
• Billingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to facilitate seamless communication with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• In-depth knowledge of MAS regulations, SFA, AML/CFT requirements, and risk management practices.
• Knowledge of CSRC regulatory framework will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and senior management on compliance matters.
