Job Description

As a Risk Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization. This position requires a proactive professional capable of ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving a strong risk-aware culture.

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
• Design, execute, and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Enhance employee awareness and understanding of risk management practices, including BCM and BCP.
• Collaborate with risk owners to conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential risks.
• Monitor risk exposure and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff on risk management practices.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with risk management policies.
• Willing to travel frequently to Batam as required.

• Possess a degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide risk management strategies aligned with business goals.
