Finance Manager, Finance Operations - Geylang

Job Responsibility:

Support in financial operation management:

• Supervise and manage the team on AR, AP, GL function.
• Support the group treasury function on collection and payment related matters.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports.
• Analyse and review financial reporting.
• Handle corporate tax filings and GST tax matters.
• Liaise and coordinate with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents.
• Provide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects.

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / Finance and equivalent with at least 5 years’ working experience.
• Proficiency in corporate tax and GST tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms. Excel is a must.
• Proficiency in SAP ByD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, and self-driven with positive mindset
• Good understanding of local GST regulations and accounting practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP/MS Navision or equivalent software
