Senior/Manager, Finance Operations - Bukit Batok
About the role
Leeden National Oxygen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Manager, Finance Operations to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in the Pioneer West Region and will play a crucial part in driving the financial operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- lead and manage the end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end closing, reconciliations, general ledger and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and month-end/year-end close activities
- Develop and maintain financial procedures and documentation to ensure strong control, consistency and accuracy in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards and internal financial policies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial processes
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and business operations, to ensure seamless integration of finance operations
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to queries
- Oversee cost control activities, including project accounting.
- Cash management to ensure healthy cash position and optimize financing needs
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance operations team
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proven track record of managing financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and reporting, with experience in SAP B1/Hana
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and recommend actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Proficient in the use of financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
