Get to Know the Role
We are seeking a QA Associate Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of outgoing products in high-volume manufacturing environments, in alignment with customer specifications and quality standards. This role is critical in ensuring that all outgoing products meet all customer specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements before shipment.Contribute to quality assurance activities, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a high standard of product delivery.
Essential Responsibilities- Perform final checks of finished goods to compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of outgoing documentation, including inspection data reports, quality records, and certificates of conformance
- Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure that only compliant products are shipped
- Support the monitoring of outgoing quality performance indicators and assist in preparing of internal and customer inquiries
- Assist Engineer on internal quality improvement projects and monitor the effectiveness of implemented activities
- Participate in the review and continuous improvement of outgoing quality procedures and workflow
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department head or supervisor
- Able to work in rotating shift (4/3/3/4, monthly rotation of day and night shift)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- No regular travel required; occasional travel may be needed for improvement projects or external training sessions
