What you'll be doing- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the engines, marine, and oil & gas industries
- Providing technical sales support, including product demonstrations and application engineering
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Relevant education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role within the engines, marine, or oil & gas industries
- Minimum >5 years of experience in a senior sales or management sales role within the engines, marine, or oil & gas industries will be considered for higher level position
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles related to engines, marine, and oil & gas equipment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
