Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at a key energy facility. You’ll be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable operations of static and rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, and loading arms.

Key duties include overseeing contractors, troubleshooting equipment faults, planning preventive maintenance, and driving performance improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
At least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of equipment standards, codes, and troubleshooting techniques
Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, piping, and valves

Other Information:

Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided)
Working hours: Mon to Fri, regular hours
