Senior Product Manager (12 Month Contract)

1. Product Strategy & Platform Ownership

• Own the product vision and roadmap for mid- to back-end systems includingLoan Management System, servicing workflows, and operational tooling.
• Translate evolving business models, risk frameworks, and regulatoryconstraints into coherent platform capabilities.
• Define product principles, priorities, and boundaries to ensure scalability,reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy, company growth plans, andcross-functional objectives.

1. System Architecture & Lifecycle Optimization

• Develop deep understanding of system architecture including workflows, dataflows, integrations, and service dependencies.
• Deconstruct legacy or fragmented systems and identify bottlenecks.
• Design migration, refactoring, or replacement strategies with minimaldisruption to live operations.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure sound technical design decisions andtrade-offs.

1. Delivery Leadership & Cross-functionalExecution

• Translate business and operational needs into PRDs, functionalspecifications, and phased delivery roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data, Risk, andOperations.
• Balance speed, quality, and risk in delivery; proactively surfacedependencies and execution risks.
• Establish clear success metrics, delivery cadence, and feedback loops.

1. Data, Automation & AI-enabled Efficiency

• Driven by data to ensure product designs are data-first, observable, anddecision-ready.
• Identify and deliver AI-assisted workflows or AI agents to improveoperational efficiency and scalability.
• Convert manual or semi-manual processes into structured, automatable systemfunctions.
• Support experimentation while maintaining production stability.

1. Governance, Reliability & Stakeholder Alignment

• Ensure product designs support risk controls, auditability, and operationaltransparency.
• Work closely with CRO, Finance, and Compliance to support portfoliomonitoring and reporting requirements.
• Produce clear product documentation and senior stakeholder updates.
• Act as a trusted product counterpart to business and control functions.

• Experience in Southeast Asia financial services or multi-market environments.
• Exposure to lending, servicing, payments, or structured finance platforms.
• Familiarity with AI services, automation tools, or AI agent design.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA).
• Multilingual capabilities.

• Systems thinking and end-to-end ownership.
• Execution leadership and delivery discipline.
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making.
• Senior stakeholder management and communication.
